The pattern is colorful , mostly in bright color (yellow and even pink which is rare to used  in batik). The door pattern printed in the batik meaning the people here are not willing to accept people. The cloves leaf pattern is also unique in the region.
Represent the beautiful nature of Aceh, combine with cultural meaning. The batik also represent the powerful Islamic influence in this region

Batik is made either by drawing dots and lines of  the resist with a spouted tool called a or by printing the resist with a copper stamp called a cap.
